Default Its always something...Rubber cap sucked into intake.

I was driving down the road and my revs climb sharply, then the motor stalled. I attempt to start it and get nothing. It would appear that the rubber cap i put on the manifold vacuum source for the dashpot either got sucked in or blown off. Now the engine turns over but wont start, what the hell?

I dont see how one of those caps can get sucked in. The cap is at least 2X as big as the nipple. U did use one of those standard vac caps that u get at like a kragen right?
