ive heard of a scat crank thats was advertised 89mm stroke but when it was double checked by the engine builder its was a little bit bigger 89.2ish
that was only on one journal, so it wasnt confirmed that all of them were the same or way off from each other

it may or may not be a problem depending on how tight you are running things

just throwing it out there for you to know

balancing a stock crank is a routine procedure though, i dont see why you would have problems, just make sure this isnt the first honda crank being done by the person

it can be done but dont make it a habit of doing down every street
ls cranks will rev 9500+ if properly assembled

I would say honda crank, forged steel hot many oem's provide that. also new/aftermarket/billet cranks = life savings $$$$.

stay with ls crank. Get your bottom ennd balanced and vtec oil pump and your good to go. I rev mine to 9 pretty often and its still good. Make sure your pasti gauge your mains and rods.
