What are stock ITR spring rates?

I am deciding on the final custom spring rates for my GC's for x-mas, and was wondering what are the front and rear rates for the Type R integra? I was thinking about going with 350f/400r, but a few people thought that might be a little bone jarring for daily driving.
So let me know what the ITR spring rates are, and how far beyond those I should go with my rates to ensure a decent ride with mucho handling on the autocross circuit this spring and summer. I am getting the ITR rear sway bar also, so take that into consideration when reccomending rates, I want neutral to slightly oversteering for the handling, and want the tail to rotate slightly, so get back at me and let me know what you guys think.
This will be my last post about GC's, I know I have had several, but I want to make sure of my rates before I spend $350 on a suspension upgrade.
Thanks Again Everyone,
Jon

Based on a friends recomendation I am getting 276 (nuespeeds) all around with Koni Yellow. This gives his GSR simmilar ride to an ITR with less roll, dive, and whatnot. He described his setup as almost nuetral with a 21mm swaybar. I have the comptech 22mm sway so it should be near nuetral. Good for daily driving and autocross

ITR 247 front/GSR 212 front
ITR 150-247 rear progressive/GSR 147 rear
the neuspeed sports have a similiar spring rate 250 front and 185 rear
i think those or H&R sports springs would be good with a decent shock like bilstein,
koni's ,or KYB AGx's

up, ttt
should I get my Ground Control's with a higher rate in the back, like 300f/350r, so that the tail comes around a little, or should I just stay with like 300f/300r?
Thanks,
Jon

Anyway, the spring rates for each are:
GS-R: 212 front, 117 rear
ITR: 246 front, 140-246 rear (progressive rate)
H&R OE Sport: 280 front, 180-220 rear (progressive rate)
Neuspeed Sports/H&R sport: 280 front, 280 rear
Eibach Pro kit: 331 front, 126-194 rear (progressive rate)
The closest to ITR is H&R Sport, with 280 front, and 280 rear. The ITR is 246 front, and when the rear is fully compressed, it's also 246 (neutral handling).
With H&R Sport, and an ITR sway bar, you should have something slightly more neutral than an ITR during low speed turns because the rear is always 280.
And I'm very positive on all my numbers, I emailed the manufacturers.
