Hondata/Code 16 - Fuel Injector
I recently installed my S200 w/boost into my '93 del Sol w/T3 turbo and RC 440 injectors. After writing a base map and telling it I have 440cc injectors, I burned the ROM and installed it. The blue box has a solid red light, so I thought it was all go until I started the car. It instantly throws a Code 16/Fuel Injector and for some reason has a 4k rpm rev limiter.
I've checked the injectors and wiring and they are all good. I've even run the stock P28 with the stock injectors (waaaay too lean) and the stock P28 with the RC injectors (waaaay too rich), but both start with no CEL. The instant I plug the Hondata P28 in and start it, it throws the code again. Any ideas?

Never personally used hondata here, but I do use Uberdata. I know there are different sensors that must be turned on/off for different ECU's. Don't know if hondata makes accomodations for this or not, but the p28 will not use the injector test signal sent by the ecu? At least that was the case for my P30.
If there is I haven't found it in any of the limited Hondata documentation or on the hondata forums. Anyone else have an S200 w/440cc RCs?
i have a hondata s200b with 440ccs
its 4 a b20 vtec with a t3t4 .48trim
when u plug in the hondata ecu turn the key to on but dont start it
mil should stay off (but comes on first -mil lamp check)
but 4krmp rev limit is limp in mod.
open the p28 4 the hondata visually inspect.
maybe the chip is broken or missing or something

More on this:
I tried firing up the car with the stock P28 and it throws no codes (other than a MAP if driven long enough to let boost build). I tried the stock P28 with both the 440cc injectors and the 240cc injectors, neither threw code 16 at me. Plug the hondata back in and bingo, it comes right back on startup. The Hondata blue box has a solid red light and the chip is set in properly, which to me means that the ROM is good. Could I be wrong here? I've narrowed down the problem to the Hondata socketed ECU I think.

Gotta wait until monday on the reburn (don't have my own EEPROM burner)
After doing some reading, I'm thinking that it might be a JDM/EDM ECU that I have, in which case I have to tell Hondata to ignore that CEL. The model of the Hondata ECU is 37820-P28-G51. No, it isn't the same as the "stock" one I mentioned above, its a completely different ECU.
