does it have a carb #?

I didn't think that it was. If it is, it is definitely just barely legal.

 

where is the carb number. if it has one. did you have any problems with the police

 

I have no idea where the carb number is (I bought the exhaust 2nd hand).

To answer your 2nd question, I have never even been looked at twice by the police.

 

just for the record the invidia exhaust comes shipped with 2 silencers.

 

No problems here.

 

i think it's legal with the silencers in it.. i've heard it actually does lower the db level a lot..

 

aftermarket companies that certify compliance with decibels measure sound in a completely stock automobile with just THEIR exhaust on it. so it barely passes. but if you have other mods, for example you put an AEM intake the decibels get higher.

4 years ago, case and point. i had a civic with greddy exhaust, headwork intake, i got pulled over by the Fremont Police and the officer ( Officer Rosetti , well know in norCal he even has an anti street racer website, not sure if the site is still up?) pulled out his decibel meter and i failed and got a fixit ticket and LOL a california smog REFEREE ticket! ouch all because i didnt have the CARB sticker! well now due to the ******* Bay Area cops. there are barely any street races unlike b4!
