Default removing transmission?

Do I NEED to remove the driveshafts and intermediate shaft to remove my tranny and replace the clutch?
because ive removed every bolt and everything else except for the driveshafts and intermedite shafts, and the tranny doesnt want to come out. I followed every step in the helms and the tranny still wont come out.
thanks

when I removed my tranny I didn't even bother with the big axle nuts. I just disconnected the steering knucle from the lower control arm and the damper fork, then grabbed from the inside CV joint and pulled away from the car, then I tied it aside with zip ties, on the driver side just loosen the bolts on the Intermediate shaft, and do as the other side, u don't need to completely remove or disconnect the intermediate shaft, just again pull it aside and tie the spindle with some zip ties.
