My 88 accord will crank fine and drive for a while when all of the sudden it will lose all power and the tach will slowly go down to zero. It will recrank after a while. On the interstate if I keep it in fourth and keep it above 3000+ it will sputter every so often but will stay running. It's like it's not getting continueous fuel flow at lower rpms. I have replaced the fuel filter assembley, pump, plugs, wires, cap & rotor. The cyl compression is 155 to 165 on all four cyls and the timimg is right on with a new tensinor and belt. I'm thinking fuel cut-out relay or carbuerator needs to be rebuilt. Any ideas? 88accord lx 2.0 carb. no computer many vaccum lines.
