For "easy" fitment, you'll need a 4-2-1. With most 4-1 headers, you have to make minor modifications... But that thing looks like it'd be a bitch to install. I don't know how well it would clear your oil pan either.
I'm a fan of these, can't beat the price either. http://www.jhpusa.com/catalog/...d=114

there is no EASY 4-1 header for an EF . U need to hack the crossmember on almost ANY 4-1. I had to cut mine ALOT to have my clear. I have an ANR header and if you call them, they can make you one with better fitment if you specify you have an EF with a B series. ( my anr came off a DC2 so thats why i had to cut my corssmember) Also, the JDM OEM type-R header SUCKS. The DC JDM RAPES it in dyno test. That profab looks good, but are there any numbers on it? for that price it better have some dynos. Also, i like the ZEROLIFT header, i heard good things on it.
THIS is the SICKEST HEADER, PERIOD. An its MINE

I'd like to see this dyno test, and it better be on the same car with the same mods, and the same exhaust system.

i gotta dig around. I saw tests of JDM OEM ITR VS DC JDM 4-1 an the DC was making 4-7whp more than the OEM. This was on a Type-R . Its out there somewhere. I did ALOT of research before i got my header. I am thinking about going with a SMS or Hytech, maybe a BISI. I love my ANR, but it got crushed in a recent wreck. I just hink for the money the DC is better IMO. I have never owned either one, ill make that clear. But ive seen both in person, an id have to say the DC looks like a much better design IMO
Hasport for ef bseries.

mine...dc 4-2-1 2 piece with hole drilled and o2 bung welded in. for 90-91 integra.
i deleted the photos off of we-todd...guess you just have to imagine it.
