Default value of my car?

My car is an 89 CRX Si, bright red, sunroof, COLD A/C, new clutch/cable/flywheel, new battery, new wipers, new fuel pump, new main relay, new rear brake shoes/wheel cylinders, 2 owner, perfectly maintained, 123k mile car. It has an old AEM two peice CAI painted black, a custom sidepipe, and 14in Mille Miglia spiders with lots of tread left on the tires. Ran 10.02 1/8th with the few mods listed above. One front fender has been stripped down to primer, and the short molding on that fender is missing. It has the normal small tear in the seat bolster on the driverside. Other than that it is 100% perfectly stock and will be sold with all the stock intake and exhaust parts (except stock wheels). Pics:

I am sorry I can't find an interior/Left side shot, but like I said its mint except for the drivers seat and the LF fender. Underhood looks clean as a pin.

SO
what do you think this car is worth? I live in Raleigh, NC and there is NO RUST in the body at all.

May I suggest something to make your car sell better, put some towels down and then spray paint your windshield wipers back to black instead of faded silver, it makes the car look newer. I dunno maybe $2000? fix the fender and people will love it. The fender thing will really cost you in chances to sell in the end

Use some new turtle wax, that **** works better than Meguiar's. A meguiar's polishing compound might shine it up better if used before you wax.

Might I also recommend you get some Duplicolor bumper paint, and spray your lips and side skirts, making certain you tape off doors and what not.

well even though i think it is a <U>bad</U> idea to sell a nice CRX, i will tell you that out here in Cali i have seen completely stock CRX Si's (decent mileage) sell from $2,500 to $3,000 bucks. which is kind of crazy but people still bought them anyways.

I saw 2 CRXs out here in the news paper last weekend a stock 87 with like 175,000 miles on it listed at $3000..i called to tell them its a kinda high price and it was gone.

The other was a 89 with over 200,000 miles a CAI and rims going for $4000 something..it was gone too.

That makes me want to sell my CRX shell for like $2500

Clay bar the whole car down, then wax and detail the thing. Clay bars work wonders.

Only idiots would buy those CR-X at that price (IMO)

Detail the entire car and respray the black. I would ask $3000 OBO.
You can always come down if no one bites.
Thanks

I am begining to wonder what my chances are of finding a fairly clean 88si for around $1,000 is... </TD></TR></TABLE>

i'm sure it will be easier to find one cheap in texas than out here in california.
