I have been wondering for a long time now what exactly is Auto tune.. i tried reading up on it but i cant quite get answers im looking for.. Does it literally automatically tune your car? Because im sure im not the only person to think that why cant someone just come up with an ECU that automatically maintians and tunes for optimal air/fuel ratio...why couldnt there be a program where all you do is put in the air/fuel ratio you want and give u the ability to just change the timing and "voila" a tune couldnt be easier then that.

 

b/c there is more to tuning than a/f ratio. and i believe there is a system that does what you are stating and it does a pretty good job. Its also like 1600

 

Theres a topic somewhere about this. Any specific company that has this feature? o_O
