Inside the filter box, under the filter, on the lower half of the box, I see several plastic posts molded into the box. Is there supposed to be a baffle plate or something that fits onto these that I am missing? If it is missing, do I need it?

My box is just an empty shell with a filter in it, and with the filter out, I can see straight down out of the bottom air inlet hole Is this right? Trying to fix a few things wrong with this R I got. TIA.
