Default Q: On Jdm Clock Cover

It looks like i have to take out my stock clock to be able to put the jdm clock cover in. Does anyone know how to take it out correctly, I dont want to just stick a flathead in there n damage the dash. Anyone have the proper procedure in taking the clock out. Any info would be appreciated.

thanks
~paul

i think that you pry on the sides of the clock to remove it.

I just made sure to use a really thin flat head obviously. I like the design of the clock blocker because it has that slot of the harness to plug in

pry on the sides, there are 2 metal prongs on each side of the clock. Don't worry Paul

lets see.. in the R i had the Alpine head unit that displayed the time, i also had one of those bad *** little RECARO cell phone holders that clip into vents ( that also displayed the time ) and my TAG on my wrist that ironically displays time too!

I wouldn't go through the trouble of removing it. I'd just leave it. eh, Paul's a JDM *****, he's ***** whipped by the Sushi rollers.

The best reason to remove it is b/c when you are driving at night with your lights off, the light from the clock is too bright and distracting.

I love my ITR clock.

I also own half a dozen watches but no longer wear them.

Constantly keeping track of time blows but having a clock in your car to tell you how late you are is
