Default Scoring on cylinder walls

I just finished my B20VTEC build and the damn oil plug in the head started to back itself out from not being tightened so I took it down and fixed it. While I had it apart I noticed vertical streaking on the cylinder walls, on the front and on the back. It wasn't alot and it wasn't too long. I wasn't having any problems while it was running and the compression check was 250-250-250-250 with 11.3-5:1 CR. I ran my fingernail across the marks and couldn't feel any marks on it, I could only see it. Is this alright? I'm using Arias pistons on stock sleeves. There are around 800 miles on it.
