Will B series pilot and throw out bearings fit on a D series

Will B series pilot and throw out bearings fit on a D series
Hi, I am in need of a throw out bearing and pilot bearing for my d16y8. My cousin has an extra throw out and pilot bearing laying around for a b18c1 and I was wondering If I can use that, instead of buying a new one?
Also, can i use the allignment tool from a B series also?

The B-series pilot bearing MIGHT. The throwout bearing definitely will NOT. Also, a B-series alignment tool definitely won't.
