Default Will a B series throw out and pilot bearing fit in a D series

Hi, I am in need of a throw out bearing and pilot bearing for my d16y8. My cousin has an extra throw out and pilot bearing laying around for a b18c1 and I was wondering If I can use that, instead of buying a new one?
Also, can i use the allignment tool from a B series also?

I am pretty sure B series and D series aren't too compatable in most aspects. I would just buy the right one to be safe and not try to save some grip.

Good luck, I hope someone has a definite answer.

No, not the same. Spend $35 and buy a new one.
