Default EDIT: Oops Best shop to order parts from?

I just got some prices locally and LMAO, yeah **** is out of hand here. Not gonna quote prices but it would be cheaper for me to fly to Japan, buy the parts and return and thats not gonna happen either. The following parts are xmas gifts I'll be ordering in a couple months, the ITR's been so good she deserves some parts:

JDM DC 4-1
High flow cat
J's racing intake

Thanks Eric

EDIT: Actually, who do you guys recommend ordering from in the US? I'll just have the stuff shipped to my friends business and he will ship the parts to me. I know this may seem like a silly process but I got quoted some insane prices here. 800(aud) for a DC JDM 4-1, its around 300 (us) online so even if shipping cost 100 bucks I still save 400! 300(aud) for a 100(us) dollar high-flow cat and **** like 755 (aud) for a j's intake. You can see why I'll pay shipping to here. If there were more honda's here I'd open a shop in my garage. :D

would the currency conversion hurt?

it helped me when I purchased some AUDM parts a few years back.

The Australian dollar is pretty strong right now, so a 300(us) header would cost 390 aud.

I know what you mean about buying parts. I don't even bother asking to get things locally. I've bought a few things from sellers like *** / Wiredspeed / Jimfab and have never had a problem except having to call long distance and making sure the time is OK. Also, I normally use USPS as it's cheaper and not a lot slower most of the time.

I'm just going to use someone like inlinepro or inlinefour. I'll give them my CC# and they can ship to my buddy who will then ship to me. Prices are ******* insane here. No joke I could make some serious $$$ if there were a bunch of honda bois here. 800 for a DC 4-1 is like wow!

I can ship down under, but there are size limitations...I don't think a JDM 4-1 would be within the limit (unless I ship freight, which starts at $250).

Email or PM me for pricing, I ship overseas all the time. I can beat just about any price.

Just to let you know, InlineFour has pretty high prices. Maybe if they can ship it to you cheaply that'd be made up for, but otherwise there are other places that can sell to you cheaper. Try http://www.passwordjdm.com for starters.

(regular user - lost password)

I live in Sydney Aust and yes prices suck compared to USA. Beware importing, you pay 15% import duty then 10% GST on cost of goods and shipping.

JDM DC US$300 = AUD$430
Shipping US$50 = AUD$71
Sub Total = AUD$501

plus 15% Duty = AUD$576
plus 10% GST = AUD$633

Any goods over AUD$400 will get hit with customs.

if I get my password I will IM you some aussie forums that have quality 2nd hand stuff.

http://www.jdmyard.com is usually the cheapest. Toda Australia also do some good deals.
