my motor studders at 1st and 2nd gear at low rpm?? help please!!

Default my motor studders at 1st and 2nd gear at low rpm?? help please!!

when i drive my my car. when i put it in 1st and drive it with low throtle it studders then when i **** to 2nd and drive it at low throtle it studders too. but after like 4k rpm it drives normal. so it feels like the motor is pullin back and wont go then all of a sudden it goes after like 4k rpm. i dont knoe wat seems to be the problem. did a search. couldnt find ****. i checked my air box, seems to be fine. its a stock motor with stock exhaust , stock everything. help me sumone.

maybe adjust that screw on the throttle body?

not sure.. i read up and people say that it can be my dizzy, or my cat, or my fuel pump. my cat does rattle like a ****.. but it might be the heat shield. so im not sure....
