How to adjust timing on z6?
how do I adjuist the timing on a z6 ive searched but I cant find specificaly where to plug in the timign light ect., please help I need to get rolling asap.
You don't plug a timing light into anything. You just connect the power leads to the battery and connect the clip to the number one spark plug wire. You then warm the engine to full operating temperature and short out the timing adjustment connector. On a 1990 CRX, the timing adjustment connector should be located under the dash by the HVAC blower motor. Whether it will work or not depends on whether it was wired up properly when you upgraded to a P28 ECU. If you did not upgrade to a P28, the plug should work regardless
