Default car wont stay in gear!?!

i have a jdm B16a and while im driving down the road the car will frequently throw it out of 5th gear. is this just a syncro problem or is it more serious than that. if it is a synco problem how difficult is it to replace myself. i've never worked with the internals of a tranny before. also i have LS tranny laying around and was thinking of taking the 5th gear out of that and putting it in the b16 tranny, does anyone know how difficult that is????

Usually thats a sign of low tranny fluid.
Have you removed your axles or done anything that would cause tranny fluid to leak out?
Get some honda MTF and fill your tranny until it comes out of the fill hole plug.
I like to pour it in through the VSS hole.
