Default taillights

is the turn signal in the taillights an amber bulb.. or is it clear.. i was thinking about doing a tailight conversion.. and dotn wanna get pulled over for white turn signals.. thanks

our tail lights has a orange/amber lense.. so, if u want to take out the lense you would need a soldering iron and break the lense into pieces to take it out..

i ment the blub.. i know the lens is amber.. you gotta put it in the oven to melt the glue off to take off the lens from the housing.. but.. i was wondering if the bulb was amber or clear?

4th gen? it's clear. when the light goes through the amber lens it comes out orange.

Best way to remove the amber lense is to bake the light at 250 degrees for about 5 minutes. Take it out and pry the lense off. The baking simply loosens the "sticky ****" that holds the lense on. Once you've pulled the amber lense simply reverse the order to put the outer lense back on. VOILA!!! But yes, the bulb is clear
