You forgot the "35% increase in horsepower! +40ft/lb torque!" or whatever.
Dude I would be seriously cautious with things like this.

Oh, how I wish that was true, my b16 swap has failed 5 times, about 4 times the legal limit on HC and CO. Im going to tune it real lean and hope it goes through.

Don't buy it!!!!!!!! Tried it, doesn't work. Read the discalimer on the back. There is a lot of exceptions to "guarantee" that they offer. That product is basically a fuel system cleaner designed to clean up the muck that has collected in your engine. If you want to pass smog do a tune up and make sure your timing is correct. Change your oil and make sure your cat is still good. If you have any doubts pre-test first, that way you won't be labeled a gross polluter.

If you are concerned about passing smog just tune your car a bit. TIMING, O2 Sensor, OEM CAT, LUCAS top end lubricant ran through about a tankful before you test, and quality fuel. Like the Dude before said, PRE TEST FIRST! And don't forget to make your engine bay appear as stock as possible. Are you having to pass a Regular Inspection, or a Test Only Facility?

Did anyone notice that when you open that link, at the very top left corner of your screen it says "Win Free Skateboards"? I'd love to know what this actually has to do with passing smog. Don't buy it. Anything that sounds that good is almost guaranteed NOT to work.
