K20A2 head on a K20A3 engine...

K20A2 head on a K20A3 engine...
I have two questions... if i can find just the head cylinder off of a type-s engine (i need the answer quick its a really good deal if i can do it) can i put it on my A3(base 5 speed) engine... and if so do i need any extra things off a type-s to get it to work?

from what i have read is:
the things you absoloutley have to have to make it run correctly are
head assembly with cams
cam sensor
ecu with key
