Need some help on this. Will a K24a2 cam fit on a K24a4 head/engine? If so, what caveats?

It will not work like it does in a TSX (K24A2) engine. Depending on what rocker arm set you use will dictate what lobes on the camshaft itself will be utilized. There is no provision on the cylinder head casting for a LSM, so you will not be able to run all three lobes without major modifications. No significant by benefits using this cam choice.
