Which wire are you asking about?
On my '95 it's like this...
ECU pin A21 (yellow/green) is the spark trigger going to the ignitor.
Blue wire coming from the ignitor is the tachometer signal. This wire goes to the tach & cruise.
I don't know if it's the same for '93.
