it can, you just need to modify the length of your cat or exhaust piping so it bolts up and put on a cat flange that can handle a 2.5 in collector.

The above replies are correct, assuming you're talking about the JDM ITR 4-1. If you simply mean the stock USDM ITR exhaust manfold (or any USDM header made for the ITR), then it will install with absolutely no modifications.
