Default b18b in eg hatch?

im about to swap in a b18b and im just wondering if anyone could tell if the header will reach the exhaust or will it be to short

I had a B18B in my 95 EX and the stock manifold and downpipe fit perfect, I never had a problem even when I put my header on.

i dont know about the b18b but when i dropped the b18c1 into my hatch i had to extend my exhaust about 5inchs.

your gonna have to cut and reweld the flange off the header. it won't line up with the one on that cat. thats what i had to do anyway when i put my ls motor in.

in my case the header bolt right up to the cat! just gotta loosen the 3 bolts on the other end of the cat so that you can turn the cat a bit to make it line up with header flanges.
