Dont have any things to say good still waiting for refund for pistons I ordered in Feb.. No answer of any email accts and phone always say mailbox is full..When I do get him generally by email its always I'm busy. Don't have problem for people vouching for exospeed but one thing is for sure he has horrible customer service. Try calling him or emailing him.. I looking into other avenues now to get my money back..

Been very happy with my limited dealing with Wil. Honest guy who seems to be more concerned with the customer being happy than making a buck.

This is one of numerous email's that I have sent to will
6/25/04
I am writing you to request a refund for pistons that I ordered from you for my c
ar.

I am forwarding you this past email to stress our past email communication
"Your concerns and attitude towards us is expected. You have the right to feel that way and I know it hasnt been the best transaction for us as well. Unfortunately, the smooth operation we had in the past was disrupted and things got backlogged beginning of the year and resulted in delays on our headwork. I apologize for having to put you through in the middle of this situation, and we did try to resolve the issue to the best we can so we can get your head out to you ASAP.
You have been more patient than you should have and we do appreciate you as a customer.
Your head is going out today through UPS. tracking number *************

it hasnt been picked up yet, but there should be tracking info later in the day.
Again, I truly apologize for any inconvenience we have caused. Your comments and advice about Customer Service is taken seriously. I assure you that we strive to do the best for our customers. The past weeks was just unexpected and unplanned which caught us off guard and threw off our whole scheduling on our heads. I hope we can continue to serve you in anyway we can. If not as a customer, but I hope as fellow enthusiasts in this sport.

Thanks again,
Wil N."

I am writing you to voice my displeasure with the service I have recieved thus far from exospeed. I sent you a d16z6 head for a port n polish with upgraded valvetrain and cams for my d16 on or around Jan 2, 2004. You anticipated that the work would last anywhere from 3 to 4 weeks for turnaround time and I factored in addtional time for lag and getting back from the holiday break. I spoken to you frequently and you informed me that the machining process has been setback because of this. I work in the customer service field and also realize that there are unexpected delays that arise but here it is now March 25th almost April and I still havent recieved any consistent communication from your company as to how the process is coming along with my head or pistons. I can't hide my frustration at being promised my head will be sent out each week to no avail. You've have acknowledged that you have setbacks like any company but you or your company have to take more proactive steps in contacting the consumer about the delays. I read nothing but good praises about your service and products. Honestly, I dont feel that my experience with Exospeed has been worth praising at all like other customers who have patronized your company. Contrary to what people have stated on Honda-tech about their experience being pleaseant dealing with you, I believe your customer relations are poor in response to me.I ask myself why cant I get the same service that everyone else praises about.I tried my best not to call you guys on a consistent basis as to status of my order because I do not want you to rush the process but almost 3 months have elasped and I still have not gotten a solid answer as to the status of when I can anticipate delivery just it should ship out next week. What bothers me the most is I am on the other side of the coast in New York and dont have very much options in regards to this matter..I am hoping that you will resolve this matter very soon because my patience has pretty much expired..

I am forwarding you this past email to stress our past email communication..I still yet to this day recieved a phone call or a email from you guys stating the status of my pistons..As is stands now I would like only to know what cam did you include with my head package and when can I anticipate my refund..

Thank You
The next actual reply after numerous emails 3 weeks later
7/12/4

I'm still waiting for a Lenso M&H combo I prepaid in March. Since June Wil has not returned IM's or emails. You can't run a shop like that.... I'm not the only one who has problems with him these days. Search for "Exospeed"

If guys wont to post that your transaction was fine good but vouching for someone who obviously runs a poor business is crazy. If anyone of you were in our shoes you would be upset as us. Its like kickin sand in our faces when we are down.. Try to think about it outside of the box..

Before you get all upset, the topic clearly asks for "Exospeed results?... Good and Bad welcome." Therefore, just like you have the right to put your bad experience out , those who have had good results have the same right. Take your own advice, think outside the box and realize that there are people who have good and bad results.

Personally, I got my block sleeved, pistons, rods, and head gasket within about 2 1/2 weeks. Only good things to say.

If you are for real, all it takes is an attorney writing a "Demand Letter" saying that action will be taken by a specific date and things will get moving. A demand letter is the first step to taking someone to small claims.

Let me tell you my story.I'm in montreal, and sent Will $720.00 canadian for 2 sets(4 rims)of lenso wheels.I paid him in May.I e-mailed him every month to check on the rims, always a story!!!Finally in august I demanded my money back.He told me he would
CUT ME A CHECK.It is sept 10th and still no refund. Now no more e-mail answers, and his phone mail box is always full.
I did some research before dealing with Will, and heard only good things from John@M&H.So I decided to deal with Will.
I run a shop in montreal, and have 2 pissed off customers, that I had to reimburse. Now I'm out the money, and I'm really fucken upset. How can there be ****-up ******** out there taking peoples money like that. The fact is Will spent the money, and thats why i,m not getting paid.
I need the address of Will's shop so I can get ready for my next step. Can someone please give me the city, address, postal code.
Thanx-All help will be appriciated!!!!

bought some Lensos from him almost 2 years ago
sent my cyl. head to him last Dec. for a head work package via RS. Had nothing but problems with that head and had to send it to a local machine shop to fix what RS fucked up. although, Will did reimburse me with some cash.

as i stated before WILL and the guys at EXOSPEED are great. i know first hand how hard it is to run a buisiness. especially in this industry performance engine building is a hard product to sell. you always have the lame *** kids that dont understand how hard it is to build something correctly. you cant make everyone happy but you dye trying to.

thats why getting good and bad out in open forums help. Ultimately, the consumer decides and draws their own conclusions. I have trusted Exospeed with my build and they have my vote.

Well as i said before...i bought two sets of cams from them. Both times i had a quick turn around and EXCELLENT customer service. I also bought my jimfab x-member from them...once again excellent service. Ive talked to Wil on the phone prolly 15 times and each time he sits and explains everything to me and answers my questions. Best company that ive dealt with since i got in the honda game . Damn...that much *** kissing deserves a free set of cam gears or something

BTW-i have their stage 2(ls909 i think) cams and i love them. The idle is awesome and the topend pull was a night and day difference
