92-96 prelude, koyo radiators?
I wouldn't waste money on the radiator. Just get an OEM replacement radiator (found for around $130 shipped to you) that also comes with a lifetime warranty.

oem rads have aluminum cores, just the end tanks are plastic. if you're getting it for bling, so be it, but it's not going to help performance unless you track your car, and it's running big power.

I got an all metal (no crappy plastic end tanks) OEM replacement from http://www.radiatorworld.com for $130 shipped.

HANDS UP-THIS THREAD IS BEING HI-JACKED!
I just got my C&R on monday and it comes with a 21psi cap. Is this too much? I am running the C&R for the "bling factor" and have only bolt-ons. I read somewhere here that someone ran the same cap and blew out the heater core! Obviously this is not my desire, so if anyone here has any thoughts, they would be appreciated.
Also... what is the stock cap rated at?

The OEM standard for caps (which are almost always Denso, along with the radiator) is 19psi. I know for a fact that Prelude OEM is Denso, so I'm willing to bet that you'll be fine running a 21psi cap.

Thank you. I've been doing some additional research and along with your help and other honda-tech information, I'll give it a shot. Thanks again.-5.0

Well, I just installed my C&R and everything went smooth as could be. No problems with the 21lb. cap, no leaks. Phew.
It seems to maintain the same temp while running at highway speeds as the stock one (180deg.) But while idleing I've noticed a 15-20 deg. difference in water temp. For a while anyway. If idling for an exteded amount of time.... the temp does go up. Duh!
But it seems to me like the most noticible decrease in water temp lies in the fact that it stays cooler at idle for longer than OEM. Other than that it performs the same. LOL... its a radiator.

I don't know what kind of koyo you tried. I also got koyo radiator, bolts up exactly like stock. No problems.

Yes they are twice as thick as hell. For me $350 is worth the money because I have a turbo lude. But make sure you getting for 92-96 lude or 90-93 Accord, not for 94-97 Accord or 97-01 lude.
