Retard timing with distributor box, how much
I just got my B18B1 boosting and I retarded my timing by turning the dist. box clockwise all the way. I just wanted to play it safe but now need to know exactly where I would need it.
I'm thinking of advancing it little by little until I hear detonation, then back it off. Does anyone have any better ideas? I'm trying to keep things simple and cheap since race day is on saturday.
Even with the dist retarded all the way, running dog rich, it still feels really fast and spins the tires even in 3rd. Now it's time to start tuning and timing is something I need your guys help with
