getting JDM motors legally smog.
Can i go to a "ref. station" and get a "bar label" to get a JDM motor legally smog? is it a "engine change" or "engine replacement"?...i have this JDM motor in my 92 civic hatch..it's a B18C5 "japan type R", no modifications done.would somebody put an end to this on going discussion?

To the original poster, I have already done this please research my name or baring a jdm itr motor, because I did a great write up on this with pictures on this specific issue.

i dont think he was being a jack *** just forward. but any how yea its been discussed many time do a search.
the answer is yes its possible youll just have to treat it as if it were usdm i guess thats the simplest way to put it.
