If I were to gauge your intelligence based on your use of the English language in conveying your problem to us, I'd say your problem is - well - you.

Now why don't you tell us these things:

1.) what engine?
2.) what car?
3.) what the **** do you mean "si cam swap and intake swap"? and
4.) what does it do/not do when you turn the key to the on position?

well i got a civic 1.5l and i took out the stock cam and replace with si cam and change from dual point to multi poin intake manifold. thankx

Okay. Now what happens when you try to start the car? What ECU are you running? What year is your car and what year are the parts you put on it?
