Default VX block

Ok i have an extra D15z1 block sitting around, am I right in assuming that i can build it with z6 parts without problems???.....SRP .20+ pistons, scat rods, ACL bearings & Darton sleeves.....rotating assembly fully balanced. I wont have problems with timing and such. I tried searching but i couldn't find anything, might have been using the wrong search words. Thanx all.
