Default Changed the Dizzy now car won't start.

I just changed my distributor, but the car won't start now. It's an 89 Civic Si.
Reason I changed it is because I was getting code #9. Someone let me know what I should try in the morning.

Thanks,
Juan

P.S.
Used the search feature, but came up with nothing.

Car wasn't set at TDC. It's working fine now.
