I'm looking to buy coilovers kit for my Acura EL 1999 (same thing as a Civic 1999). I don't want a setup for race.. i would like much smooth, much confortable. What's your advice? Tein SS?? Eibach?? NEX?? Any comments on thoses coilovers?? thanks a lot!

From what i have heard from everyone coilovers ride like a covered wagon. I have springs (2in drop) with stock struts and they ride almost like the stock ones did.IMO springs are best.

 

the TEIN ss is a pretty soft setup. Rides nice and still corners great. You'd like them I bet.

 

I agree with the springs...they're the closest thing to OEM ride quality and they can still give a nice drop. I have Eibach and it gave me about 2" all the way around.
