Default Advanced Timing affect Emissons?

I am going to BAR my car tomorrow. Everything is stock except my timing is advanced a bit. Would this affect it in anyway?

it will help emissios a little. by concept. if the spark is ignighting sooner, this would cause more of the mixture to burn by the time the exhaust valves open, cause less unburned fuel to reach the emissions sensor. or the OBDII connector reader.

If they just plug it in and you aren't throwing any codes, you're golden.

Otherwise, the more preventative stuff you can do, the better. Fresh oil change, fresh tuneup, and a bottle of injector cleaner through the engine will help things out.

Good luck
