plain and simple i neglected my car and hood now its dull and has cracks all over and i was wondering is there anything i can put on it or repaint some clear that will make it shine again and also stop the cracks from spreading?

 

i think your hood is pretty much shot...........you can paint over it, but you wont get the cf look any more. My cf hood has been starting to fade from the 105 degree weather we've been having the past few weeks/month! lol.
