Will this run rich/lean? Safe to break-in motor?
Here's the situation...

New usdm b18c5 shortblock and a rebuilt GSR head w/CTR cams. The head is not ported, but has had a valve job for the new seals. The shortblock is brand new, and I will need to break-in the motor. I will also be using the mugen headgasket, putting my CR at 11.1:1.
I currently have the stock fpr and stock obd1 gsr ecu. The CR will be at JDM ITR range. If I'm correct, the GSR ecu runs richer and less aggressive, so will it be safe to break-in the motor w/this ecu. I plan on using hondata after it's broken in. Will it be too lean? I don't have an adjustable FPR on there right now simply because of hondata plans.
