Default B18C1 (GSR) vs B18C5 (Type R)

not sure if this is the right place but.. and dont quote me on the hp/tq stats, just estimates from all the sites i've seen

GSR:
170hp @ 7500
130tq @ 6800

Type R:
200hp @ 8000
160tq @ 7200

from what i've heard, people tell me that the 5 is basically a 1 with better cams, springs, pistons, and a couple other things.

so what's better in the long run? i plan on upgrading the engine parts anyway, but not for a while (a year or 2)

the itr head is hand-craffted, not mass produced if that counts for something
