i've been debating this for a while now
i'm equally split between selling and keeping the shifter for my R, and its driving me crazy..
any positive feedback weighing each option appreciated, especially from any C's owners.

Stock shifter == a few extra millimeters between a normal 3-4 shift and a valve-launching 3-2 shift.
I rock the stocker myself... If a short shifter bought you 0.05 in a quarter mile, would it be worth it?

I apologize if I am making an accusation... but, have you actually experienced a C's shifter?
There's nothing like it. OEM is excellent. C's is heavenly. It's funny that people can justify $300 intake for 2hp, but something that is very practical like C's and amazingly made gets shafted.
Keep the shifter!

I love my C's as well, but don't expect anything more than changed shifter feel and shorter throws. But man what a change in feel!
Install it, and if you don't like it sell it. It'll still sell for over 200.

i would sell it only if you can get a driving position version in its place other than that it is a great shifter.

so what makes the C's so much better in terms of feel than say skunk2's shifter? Is it the weight distribution? the position and angle of the bend? or just JDM black magic?
Not doubting, just can't seem to quantify shifter "Feel".

Don't worry, it wasn't an accusation. I have NEVER driven a car with that short shifter. I should have stated that originally. Thanks for calling me out
I prefer the Honda shifters to any other make I've driven (BMW, Chevy, Mitsubishi).. including a short shift kit on an (ahem) Cavalier.

bearings everywhere
anywhere there is a pivot there is a spherical bearing/ sealed bearing

That's a dope shifter. I've heard nothing but good chit about it. I wonder how it compares to the one fastline performance is selling in the performance section. Anyone used the fastline one? Sorry about thread hacking here but to make it relavent, if you are looking to sell yours I would be very interested.
