Dash Lights DELAY Turn-on!!

Dash Lights DELAY Turn-on!!
Ok All-
I did a search on this, and nothing like it- many had non-functioning lights.
Anyway- I turn on parking lights in AM, and get no illumination on my dash for what seems to be an increaing amount of time. Last week the illumination lights had a 10 second delay, but this morning it took 45 seconds for the dash lights to come on.
I believe I see the front parking lights on immediately, but haven't looked at the rear.
Any ideas???
