99-00 civic bumpers fit 96-98?

99-00 civic bumpers fit 96-98?
My friend wants to put a 99-00 front on his 96 hatch, will it bolt right up? Is the rear on the 99-00 different\better looking? If so does it fit, too?

rears are the same all that is different are the taillights and they bolt up. But as for the front you have to change the fenders, hood, and headlights in order to use the front bumper from a 99 civic and once you get all that it all does bolt on.

u have to notch the front bumper because the tabs on the 96-98 are a little bit...lower than the 99-00....
