Well, considering the R engine uses the PR3 (b16) head casting, I would sure hope they were "compatible". Although I would not consider cams to be a "bolt on affair".

 

perfectly compatible! just throw them in, a quick valve adjustment and your set...

Upgrade the valvetrain while you're at it.

 

yeah what they said....also just for future reference all b-series vtec cams are interchangeable to all the other vtec motors

 

yeah itr cams would be bolt on...might as well change to itr springs/retainer...

 

If you don't upgrade your valvetrain dont rev over the stock fuel cutoff.

There is nothing special about ITR retainers, so why change them?
