I'm having some slightly complicated electrical/lighting problems (in my mind they're complicated, i'm new to this stuff). So any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Here's whats up. I have an 88 prelude S, and my lights are a bit haywire. First off, my reverse lights don't work at all. My brake lights work at all times. My running lights, dash lights, and plate lights will not come on at the same time as my headlights. If i have my signal switch **** turned to the third setting, ONLY my headlights come on, and the plates, running, and dash lights go off. On the second setting, my headlights go off, and the others stay on. But here is the weird thing. The only way i can get the dash, running, and headlights to work all at the same time is when i turn the turn signal **** about half way between the second and third setting. Am i making sense? It's hard to explain. Yeah, anyways, this is a huge hassle and i need to fix these to pass inspection. Fuses maybe? Where would i check for thses fuses? Thank you so much for any help guys.
