a/c blower not working

a/c blower not working
I have a 94 Accord EX, and the a/c blower is not working. I hear the a/c clutch engaging and I feel some cool air flowing. Is there a blower fan relay easy to get to and replace?

ya, i had the same problem in my integra. its a big fuse located near the fuse box inside the car and u need a phillisp to remove it, well in the integra atleast. should be similar.
