Side View Mirror Removal

Damn Im finally getting my Pass. side mirror on my 88 hatch! Im pulling it off a 91 Si hatch, how do i take it off?

I cant figure it out... Do i have to take off the door panel? Any help is appreciated. TIA

yeah pop off the door panel and the mirror is held on by 3 screws from the inside behind the cover plate adjusting ****
