Default JDM front end conversion, I have some choices - help me decide!

Last night was the worst night ever! This ******* was completelyl stopped on a bridge on the slow lane on a bridge in Seattle. I was going upward on the bridge and I didnt see his rear bumper till the last minute so I couldn't brake on time. I was only going speed limit (35mph) and the ****** was just parked in the slow lane possibly with his lights off, cuz i couldnt see the bastard. Anyways i messed up his extreme bumper & rear end on his 95 prelude, I bet he would've been pissed if his skyline double deck spoiler came off.
So he called the cops and we both did a police report and i got the fault for hitting him. I called my insurance (liabilty ) and told them the story and they said they're gonna get me a claims adjuster to determine the fault because they also feel that it was also his fault for being parked in a 35mph driving lane. Anyways, my front end is done for, its crushed in and I'd like to know if its worth it to keep my car and fix. Everything else on the car seems to be fine, it starts up and all and I love the car to death but if its not worth fixing, I dunno what to do. I only have liability right now because i just got a different job and moved to a new city, not planning to do a lot of driving.
So here's my question: If you have to pay for the damages out your own pocket, what would you do?

1, JDM front end conversion with HID
2, JDM Front end conversion non HID
3, Stock Front USDM with R Lip
4, Part out the car and save $ for a new one

Most likely I will buy another teg of some sort because i love those cars too much, but if all I need is a front end, i might go ahead and get that done. Does this mean my clean title is going to change??

Please help!!

thanks,

wah

see what insurance says first and why do you only have liability?

Because my dad only bought liability to see how I do at my new job, and we didn't expect to drive my car a lot until i become a permanent worker, I make enough money to get full coverage, but my dad insisted that he paid only liability so I can just commute short distances.

I'm depressed, I don't know where to start... gotta call my insurance to straighten this all out.

Ditto. You need full coverage on a Type R due to theft.

Work with insurance, and see what they give you. If he was parked in the travel lane with no lights, it will likely end up being his fault. Was that a blue Prelude? I might know that guy.

HID is better than non on a JDM nose. A lot cheaper, less work, and some would say better, to replace with stock.

Can you see any frame damage (e.g. crushing of the lower frame rails, near the ABS unit, or on/near/behind the front shock towers)?

Pretty much sounds like it was his fault,I mean what kind of moron would be parked in a driving lane with his lights off? I think a JDM front end is sexy but if you can't get that then get a 98+ conversion.
