My car is a 96spec JDM ITR and its OBD2 (from what i have heard the actual programming is OBD1 but the plug/sockets are OBD2) AFAIK no ITR ever came with an OBD1 ECU set up.

My ITR swap is a '96 spec and the ECU that came w/ it has OBD2 plugs, but it runs an OBD1 program.

The EuroITR ECU has OBD2 pin outs, but Honda disabled the secondary O2 function. So, there is no secondary O2 sensor in an EuroITR. The ECU itself is problaby originally OBD2.
