Because in NY, the glass is always half empty.

And he's also clearly lying in his description of where they came from. World Challenge cars using narrow oem wheels and the OEM RE0's. Yeah, I know.

 

BTW, I also think you are shady also RinBlue. Still have your R on blocks in your garage 2 blocks away from me? Or did you move out of Yonkers?

 

I believe he is impying that the rims came off a WC car that obviously used some other aftermarket wheel immediately after it was bought.

If that were the case, they'd be in much nicer condition, and he'd have all 4.

And in no way were those wheels used in a WC car, stock garbage tires on a race car? If you look to the right of the photo you see some slicks/R compounds stacked up.

 

we took the wheels off the car to run world challenge about 4 years ago and they have been sitting in the attic since. the reanson we only have 3 is that we used to take to the track then a THEIF bropke in too our trailer and took 1 of each of the three sets of wheels we had (cp-035) and a few sets of MK Sports

No it really sucks that people have to steal cars to begin with. The poster is 19 years old and has a full SCCA pro race car... Hmm. I have thousdands, THOUSANDS of pics of cars (every and all types) and wheels and whatnot, I could throw up a set of wheels that were stolen and say oh they're from this xx race car and no one would be the wiser.

Chances are there are MANY people out their with stolen ITR parts, because ITR parts come from one place, other ITRs, most people dont go to Acura and buy brand new 5-lug suspensions and B18C5 motors.

I'm just saying there IS validity in questioning people with parts from one of the most stolen cars in the country.
