big problem help

Default big problem help

ok well i swap to mini me and my problems have accured again. problem is rpms go 2000 1500 1500 2500 1500 1000 2000 all while driving just bouncing all over the place and having a jerk and hesitates. so i need to know whats controlls the rpms like what part so i can try to replace or unless sumone had this problem and know how to fix. thanks david

you have a vacume leak, or runnign teh wrong ECU, or something miss-wired. Im thinking u have a vac leak spray some carb cleaner into teh TB while its running it might bog the car down but it will seal small leaks...if that doesnt work my money is that u have a larger vac leak somewhere so give that a shot...

yes i have tryed this. it seemd to work a lil better when i did it. but why would my rpms be jumping all over the place

could it be the intake manifold gasket i know it wasnt a smart thing but was the only thing i had at the time, made the whole thing out of blue rtv

yes that is ur problem I bet, I had the same problem and came to figure out after swapping tps sensors and crap the nipple that connects to my master cylinder was leaking bad! changed manifolds and car idles and runs like champ

ok thanks ill try that i was going to replace all kinda of other things i was thinking of, that would suck so ill try this first thanks, but can ne still tell me why the rpms would just im curious of that

rpms where all over the place in my case too. Major vac leak will do that.

ok well i sprayed carb cleaner around the whole intake didnt bog down really, i also notice it happens more in 2nd gear and 3rd gear around 2000 rpms its gets real broken up and start jumping bouncing

ok replaced the intake manifold gasket still has a problem also a junkyard iacv didnt work either
