My gf's crx is an 88 and mine is an 89 and i was wondering if the gauges were compatable. I took them both out and mine had an extra part on the back and when i hooked it up to hers, the fuel gauge didn't work. I don't know what is wrong.

 

should be a straight accross trade. double check your plugs for good contact.
